In front of the town center of Concarneau and in front of the footpath of the customs officers (GR34), imagine the bay of Concarneau and its mythical closed city. This is the idyllic setting that will welcome you for your getaway.
This house, originally a lighthouse keeper's house, was completely renovated at the beginning of 2015 under the direction of an interior designer, thus offering you high-end services.
The house has a large living room equipped with an open kitchen and on the first floor a bathroom and 3 bedrooms; these rooms having all sea views.
The garden of about 400 m² offers a terrace with sea view (expo: South West)
Its location will allow you, in 10 'on foot, to go to the closed city (shops, restaurants), borrowing the ferry.
Local shops as well as Beaches and Pool are within a 5-minute walk.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is open to the living room and dining room, from a huge panoramic bay open to the South West to enjoy the bewitching spectacle offered by the activity of pleasure boats and fishing entering and leaving the port.
This room with a very neat interior also has the following facilities:
- TV, satellite French German English channels, HI-FI, free WIFI.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with full sea view, exposed West, each with a bed 160X190; special care was given to the choice of bedding. 1 bedroom with bunk beds of 90X190 each, a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC.
Outside, two terraces are proposed to you: a terrace with full sea view exposed to the South West with garden furniture and baths of suns; another terrace to the east, with transparent sea view with dining area in a protected area.
